Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

"I have set an appointment with a few media house which will be coming to your home to interview you on how you and your future husband gets along. We will also use this medium to deny the news that says that you and Young Master Smith are in a relationship," Mr Avans said to both shock and annoyance of Jasmine. She subconsciously stood up from the couch she has just sat on.

"What are you saying, father? Who says I want to do an interview with Kai? I have told you that I don't want to get married to him so why are you still forcing me, father? Jasmine asked furiously.

"Also I am busy I have no leisure time to shoot some nonsense interview. I am a businesswoman and not some celebrity...,"

"You are going to do it and you can't say no. In fact, you have no say in this. I have already told Young Master Allen about it and he assured me he will be free so make sure to create time or else I will help you to create that time in a way you won't like," Mr Avans threatened sternly.

"Father, you are pushing me to a dead end and I promise you, you won't like what I will do if you force me beyond my limits," Jasmine said firmly.

"I will be coming with Young Master Allen and the reporters, all you just need to do is make your house ready before we arrived. Don't dare me, Jasmine, because you also won't like what I will do," Mr Avans said as he immediately disconnected the call.

"Arrrghh....," Jasmine shouted as she threw her cellphone on the floor. The beautiful cell phone she recently bought less than three weeks ago got badly damaged.

"Arrrrghh...," Jasmine yelled once again to express her frustration.

"Why is he doing this to me? Why is he always out to drive me crazy? Why?" Jasmine said as she messed up her hair. About two minutes later, Jasmine's door flew opened. A panting lady hurried into the room with a worried look visible on her face.

"Young Miss, what is wrong? What happened to you?" Felicia asked worriedly as she examines her boss' body for any sign of injury.

"Leave, Felicia or I might end up hurting you out of rage," Jasmine said as she turned her back on the concerned lady.

"But boss...,"

"Just leave while I am asking you nicely," Jasmine ordered sternly.

It's very rare to see her boss so upset that she would refuse to see or talk to anyone. This has only happened twice since she began working for Jasmine and today makes it the third time. For Jasmine to get furious to this extent she knows that someone close to her must have triggered her.

"I will just be downstairs. Don't forget to call me if you need anything," Felicia said before she turned and leave the room. Jasmine who had plans to go through her emails before she goes downstairs for dinner wasn't in the mood to eat or do anything.

In fact, her father's phone call had made her lost interest in everything.

Curious to see what else the reporters must have posted to get her father so annoyed Jasmine checked the internet, she was slightly surprised to see that the pictures of her and Jackson in the airports were posted. And to make things worsen the reporters deliberately edited her other partners out leaving her and Jackson on the posted photos like it was only the two of them who went on the trip.

"Damn those silly reporters for worsening things for me," Jasmine cursed loudly as she shut down her laptop. Later Jackson called to check on her but Jasmine ignored his calls.

For the next two days, everyone was busy but despite his busy schedule Jackson always spared time for Jasmine.

Unfortunately, each time he calls her and goes to her office she always ignores him. Anytime she knows that he was waiting for her downstairs she would avoid going downstairs until he leaves.

A day before the reality show, just to avoid Jackson she even slept over in her office. She left very early the next morning after making sure that he was gone.

Just to make sure that her father doesn't cause chaos, Jasmine took the day off and thanks to Jeff's help Jackson got the information about Jasmine absence just in time. But he wasn't aware of the reality show.

Jasmine was stunned when she saw him at her doorstep after she had prepared to welcome her father and his visitors.

"Ice Prince, what are you doing here? You are not supposed to be here so I advise you to leave," Jasmine said without letting him into her house.

"You have always wanted me to enter your house but I can't believe that when I decided to come in you are chasing me out. And is your reason for chasing me out of your home because of the news about us being in a relationship. We both know that it is not true...,"

"Ice Prince just leave already. I am sorry but I can't entertain you today...," Jackson slide into her house before she could stop him.

"Ice Prince, you really shouldn't be here at this moment so just leave," Jasmine tried to get him to leave but Jackson did not budge.

The time for her father and his partners to arrived had reached, she knows that they will be here anytime soon. She was certain her father will do something nasty if he sees them together.

"Jasmine, I love you and it's ok if you don't feel the same way for me but please can you not avoid me or chase me out of your life? You might not know but it hurts to see you treat me like this," Jackson said as he held both of her hands. The shattering sound of a cup startled the two people who were not aware of the presence of a third party.

"I am sorry, boss. I will have it cleaned up," Felicia said as she hurried out of the sitting room.
